(f) When using our Website as a Buyer, you must comply with our Conditions of Sale – Buyer.
(g) When using our Website as a Seller, you must comply with our Conditions of Sale – Seller.

(b) It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Your Website Client Account
(a) Once accepted, you receive access to a client account.
(b) ‘Basic’ certification requires: name, address, phone, email and £3.99 (plus VAT) AML compliance fee. Allows bidding for five years. At €10,000 threshold, ‘Advanced’ certification with two forms of ID is required.
(c) You may not register if under 18 years old.
(d) Access may be suspended for maintenance or upgrades.
(e) You are responsible for all persons who access your account.
4. Content Ownership
All content is owned by Bosvena Auctions or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not challenge our ownership of the Bosvena Auctions name.
5. Account, Password and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use.
6. Payment
You must make payment by credit/debit card or other approved mechanism. You confirm payment methods used are yours or authorised, with sufficient funds.
7. Suspension and Termination
(a) We may suspend or terminate your account at any time.
(b) We shall not be liable for any suspension or termination.
(c) You may stop using our Website at any time.
(d) We comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations (€10,000 threshold).
8. Warranties
We provide our Website using reasonable skill and care but make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, virus-free operation, or accuracy of content.

Our Website may link to third party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for them. You may link to our Website provided you reference Bosvena Auctions as content owners.
